Job Description:

As the Manager of the ICO (Initial Coin Offering) Portal, you will lead end-to-end project execution, including due diligence, whitepaper drafting and client advisory for token-based fundraising initiatives. Leveraging your investment banking background, you will ensure that each project meets financial, and regulatory, aligning with investor expectations and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial and business due diligence on prospective ICO projects, including review of market potential, legal structure, technology, and team credentials.
• Draft and review whitepapers, investor decks, and other technical documents to ensure clarity, credibility, and regulatory alignment.
• Assist the structuring of tokenomics, aligning token models with business models and investor interests.
• Evaluate project risks and viability from a financial, legal, and regulatory perspective.
• Liaise with legal, compliance, and blockchain technical teams to ensure holistic project validation.
• Provide strategic advisory services to clients on capital raising, token strategies, and go-to-market plans.
• Monitor regulatory developments related to crypto assets, ICOs, and digital securities to inform project evaluation.
• Participate in presentations to potential investors and stakeholders.
• Support exchange listing strategy and investor relations efforts post-ICO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Blockchain certifications or relevant courses are a plus.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets.
• Proven experience with due diligence processes and deal execution (preferably IPOs, equity issuance, or M&A).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and capital structure strategies.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, particularly in drafting investment materials and whitepapers.
• Experience with capital markets instruments and investment structures is a plus (e.g., M&A, capital restructuring, syndicated loans).
• Knowledge of digital business models and platform ecosystems is desirable is a plus
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong business judgement ,problem-solving capabilities and high ethical standards.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
