Marketing Dealer Management Manager

Responsible for developing and implementing dealer development and marketing strategies across New Car, Used Car, Truck, and Fleet & Leasing segments. The role focuses on driving sales through dealer networks, expanding strategic partnerships, and strengthening relationships with key dealers to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement dealer strategies to drive sales volume within assigned areas.
Expand and manage Krungsri Auto Key Dealers and strengthen dealer partnerships.
- Monitor dealer performance, track sales targets, and prepare monthly forecasts and reports.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and dealer performance to identify opportunities.
- Organize and support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launch events.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners.
- Design customized campaigns and initiatives to improve dealer performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maximize financial service utilization and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare performance reports, market analysis, and business insights for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in dealer management, automotive, or sales-related roles.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Good analytical and reporting abilities.
