UTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Increase HR operational effectiveness and efficiency by leveraging, automation and enhancing the HR work processes via the system.
• Designs, Develops, Builds, Tests, Implements, Maintains and Enhances HR Information Systems.
• Maintains quality and consistency of HRIS database (through SAP-HCM & Success Factor) on a timely manner.
• Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies, and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
• Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
• Participates in the development of, and advises management on, information technology strategy and technology deployment.
• Designs and analyzes HR data to give insights, diagnose, and detect for support HR customers & Management decision.
• Resolves complex technical problems for support HR customers.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, related field or professional experience equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences for applicable HRIS, IT or Data Base. (SAP-HCM & Success Factor would be an advantage).
• Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience required.
• Proven track record delivering HR IT solutions to the business community.
• Strong understanding of implementation strategy approaches and leading practices for specific work streams Data Conversion,Testing.
• Good analytical, coordinating and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, work under pressure, deal with complex issues and resolve conflicts.
• Good communication in English both written and verbal.
