• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. We value both academic and non-traditional backgrounds.
• Relevant experience in a client-facing or consulting role preferred. We are considering candidates for both Consultant (minimum 4 years of experience) and Senior Consultant (minimum 8 years of experience) levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working effectively in a team.
• A creative and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong ability to develop and present new ideas.

• Experience designing and building cloud-based data solutions, both relational and NoSQL, with a preference for GCP.
• A knack for developing robust data integration pipelines for all types of data (batch, real-time, structured, and unstructured) for use by downstream AI and BI solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes for data workflows on major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong SQL skills and an understanding of data warehouse modelling to bring together information from various sources into a cloud environment.
• Working knowledge of integration to enterprise applications such as SAP or Oracle.

• Experience with cloud-native data products such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Data Fabric.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
• Strong cloud experience in GCP preferred though not mandatory.
