Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to speak and write in Thai and English fluently and idiomatically.
Experience in sales, media, advertising, e-commerce or search.
Experience in structuring and implementing initiatives with sales teams.
Experience in online media sales.
Experience working in Asia or Southeast Asia.
Ability to work in teams and take on new initiatives.
Ability to quickly complete large volumes of work with high quality and attention to detail.

As an Account Strategist in this fast moving environment within Southeast Asia, you will be in charge of a portfolio of potential Google Customer Solutions (GCS) English and Thai accounts. You will provide them with outstanding consultancy services and help advertisers grow their business and maximize their returns through a combination of one-to-one and scalable outreach and support. In this role, you'll work in partnership with key advertisers to understand their strategies and increase their understanding of Google advertising solutions. Additionally, you will provide them with tactical implementation and maintenance support of their Google accounts.When our millions of advertisers and publishers are happy, so are we! In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses. Responsibilities
Analyze, identify, and prioritize the team's account leads and activities to identify opportunities and pitch strategies or suggestions to advertisers, improving their campaign performance and maximizing opportunities from existing advertisers through consultative approaches via email or phone.
Create keywords, ad groups, account structures, and budget recommendations designed to tap the account potential. Manage relationships with key advertisers and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges.
Leverage on strategic partnerships to add value to our advertisers' business and grow their accounts.
Be accountable for your team's quarterly goals. Support, and communicate effectively with Thai and English speaking clients.
Develop detailed campaign proposals for key new advertisers and execute quick optimizations with a high degree of quality, keeping advertiser objectives in mind. Developing keywords, advertising texts, bids, placement sites, and other campaign parameters or features suggestions.
