Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple markets, with a focus on Indonesia and Vietnam.
- Partner with the Regional Growth Squad to identify growth levers, measure impact, and prioritize initiatives.
- Build dashboards, reports, and models to track performance and forecast business trends.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for business and product teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to execute data-informed strategies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools is a MUST.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex insights in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
- Proficiency in working with AI to make things faster or for automation with AI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coding with Python.
- Experience with Google Cloud services (Google BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler).
- Knowledge of Indonesia or Vietnam market dynamics is an advantage.
