- Lead the Bank’s sustainability disclosure strategy and reporting roadmap, ensuring alignment with global standards, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

- Oversee the integration of sustainability and financial disclosures to enhance transparency, consistency, and decision-useful reporting.

- Engage with senior management, regulators, industry associations, rating agencies, and external stakeholders on ESG reporting, sustainability trends, and emerging disclosure requirements.

- Drive the governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of sustainability reporting processes, ESG assessments, and external assurance activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Sustainability, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in sustainability reporting, ESG disclosures, financial reporting, banking, or related areas, preferably within the financial services industry.

- Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting standards, ESG frameworks, climate-related disclosures, and regulatory requirements. Experience in integrating sustainability and financial reporting is an advantage.

- Good command of both written and spoken English.
