Job Purpose :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance financial service applications. This role focuses on building scalable API architectures and ensuring the seamless integration of core banking systems with digital platforms.

Major Accountabilities :

· Design, develop, and maintain API Gateways and Integration Layers to support high-volume financial transactions.

· Analyze and design API architectures based on Microservices or Monoliths to connect core banking systems with mobile applications and third-party systems.

· Perform unit testing and review code from the team or vendor to ensure compliance with banking software development standards.

· Analyze and resolve deep technical issues at the code level when problems occur in the production system.

Job Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
• Experience in rest full API Design.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating system.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• At least 5 years of experience in Software Engineer.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in senior role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capability to collaborate with several other developers and mentor junior team members.
• Ability to work under pressure in production environments.
• Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
• Good English communication skill.
