Job Purpose
Lead the development team in designing, developing, and delivering Cash Management System solutions for corporate banking customers, ensuring system quality, performance, security, and alignment with business requirements.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Lead and manage developers in the design, development, testing, and implementation of Cash Management applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system architecture.
• Review code, define development standards, and ensure code quality.
• Analyze system impacts and provide technical solutions for new requirements and enhancements.

• Collaborate with Business Analyst, Product Owner, QA, Solution Architect, Infrastructure, and business teams.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and development timelines.

• Support system integration with Core Banking, Payment, Trade Finance, SWIFT, API, and other banking systems.

• Ensure applications meet security, performance, scalability, and regulatory requirements.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.

• 7+ years of software development experience, with experience leading a development team.

• Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services, preferably Corporate Banking or Cash Management.

• Experience with Payment / Cash Management / Corporate Banking systems.

• Strong knowledge of API, System Integration, Database, and Distributed Systems.

• Experience with Java / Spring Boot or relevant backend technologies.

• Experience with SQL and relational databases.

• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
