Job Purpose

We are seeking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of business-critical systems. This role acts as an escalation point for production issues and collaborates with Development, Infrastructure, Business, and third-party teams to maintain smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve production issues and continuously improve system performance.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Support incident management by investigating application issue, performing initial root cause analysis, documenting incident details, and coordinating with relevant teams to support timely issue resolution and prevent recurring problems.
• The primary liaison between users/clients, Helpcenter, and Developers, translating technical issues into clear and actionable business language.
• Monitor application performance and system health using tools such as Dynatrace, and collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability.
• Support troubleshooting and data analysis using SQL, including ad-hoc data fixes when required.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure stable operations, support system releases, user manual and maintain documentation.
• Effectively multi-task handling under pressure with the good quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating system.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with Cloud platform, AWS is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in production environments.
• Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
