Job Description

• Acquire new merchants and expand payment acceptance services across Japanese Corporate Banking
• Promote Merchant Acquiring products such as EDC, QR Payment, Online Payment Gateway, and other merchant acquiring solutions
• Identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and support onboarding to ensure a smooth go-live
• Work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs), Branch, Product, Risk, and Operations teams to support merchant acquisition and business growth
• Achieve sales targets including volume, number of active merchants, and revenue KPIs
• Track and update sales pipeline status accurately within internal systems
• Conduct post-sales follow-ups to increase usage, upsell services, and maintain strong merchant satisfaction
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to enhance product offerings and pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC/AML requirements, and risk management standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Finance, or related fields
• 3-5 years' experience in Merchant Acquiring, Payment Solutions, Banking, or Fintech is a plus
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Good communication, presentation, and commercial mindset
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple deals simultaneously
• Results-oriented with a passion for digital payments and customer success
• Familiar with sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, KSX, etc.) is an advantage
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in Thai and English
