Krungsri Finnovate is recruiting Investment Manager to join our rapidly growing team who have passion and are calling for an exciting journey of business innovation, transformation, and disruption mission with work from office and anywhere mode. The responsibilities will cover multiple funds that is and set to launch in the coming years, to help connect visionary perspective corporates and organizations to address a demand for innovation plan with tech startups.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Perform market research to identify potential investment trends, originate investment idea and evaluate opportunities

● Build and maintain good relationships and network in the tech startups ecosystem

● Proactively conduct, facilitate and execute screening process and initial assessment to ultimately deliver potential value for the fund and key stakeholders

● Collaborate across multiple business units within Krungsri Group, and external LPs from the working team, management, and C-suite levels

● Conduct due-diligence, valuation, sensitivity model of valuation and synergy assessment

● Execute the investment document, procure good governance of documentation for investment closing

● Responsible for preparing portfolio companies valuation (mark to market), supporting annual business budget/plan and leading interactions with external auditor, FP&A, accounting team and the trustee.

● Monitor the investee company, keep tracking record of performance and movements and ensure good corporate governance of the portfolio company.

● With best effort, support and contribute to idea generation for the growth and scaling of portfolio companies to reach their goal

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, private equity, business development, entrepreneurship, or the tech startups ecosystem.

• Passion and Knowledge: Strong interest and understanding of VC, Fintech, digital technology e.g. SaaS model, software solution and Start-up landscapes.

• Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively under tight deadlines.
