Support Commercial Credit Portfolio Management through portfolio reporting, data analytics, MIS development, and process improvement. Collaborate with Business, Risk, Underwriting, Operations, and IT teams to deliver accurate insights, enhance reporting efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain portfolio data, MIS reports, and dashboards.
• Analyze portfolio performance, credit quality, and risk indicators.
• Provide insights to support business and management decisions.
• Improve reporting processes through automation and digital solutions.
• Support data migration, transformation, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Business, Risk, Operations, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in MIS, Data Analytics, Credit Risk, Portfolio Management, or related areas.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; SQL knowledge required.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAS, Python, or similar tools is a plus.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking, Credit Risk, or Lending.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in BI, automation, AI, data transformation, or system implementation projects is an advantage.
