Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present Credit Portfolio and Management Information System (MIS) reports to support management decision-making.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to organize Credit Committee and Credit Portfolio Sub Committee meetings, including preparation of reports and supporting materials.
• Design and improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data quality.
• Support data analytics initiatives and provide business insights through portfolio analysis.
• Participate in special assignments and strategic projects, including digitalization, process improvement, automation, and AI-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business, Risk, Operations, and other stakeholders on portfolio management activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
• Experience or strong interest in Data Analytics, AI, Business Intelligence, or Reporting is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable to new technologies and ways of working.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
