Senior Officer, Report & Data Services [Inter Operator Services]

Provide relevant reports for business partners and provide the recommendation to improve efficiency. This role is accountable for contract management ranging from usage reconciliation, pricing, and invoicing. Supporting customer relationship management is also a vital role.
- Collect and improve the quality of data from relevant sources of information which are related to inter-operator transactions.
- Reconcile the collected data with internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate an accurate with timely reports to all stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders.
- Delivers actionable data driven recommendations for customer inside, growing infrastructure sharing, and more on cost reduction.
- Maintain, own and enhance daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business processes and deliverables.
- Automate inter-operator transaction charging process with resource optimization.
- Proactively make recommendations based on where the initiatives are meeting, exceeding, or missing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure high-quality contract management.
- Perform other special projects, as assigned.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Computer Sciences, or Telecommunication Engineering. Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Very good in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Problem solver with good analytical skills and ability to turn data into information and insights.
- Open minded, innovative and creative.
- Open communicator; good in oral and written communication skills (Thai & English).
- Possess a natural curiosity; never willing to settle for an answer, always asking the next question.
