• Review and draft agreements and legal documents both in Thai and English.
• Provide legal opinion focusing on labor law and business law.
• Ensure the compliance with laws of the companies.
• Find the good way to solve various problems.
• Monitor the updated laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with external lawyer and government officials from time to time.
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Workplace Area: BTS Asoke/ MRT Sukhumvit
• Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)

• Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age 27-35 years
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
• 5 years of working experience in Legal Consultant /Attorney at law/ Corporate Lawyer
• Good command in English in Business Level
• Hold Lawyer license
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• English: Business Level
