About the company Business Type: Manufacture Products: Manufacture and sale of electronic equipment parts (Flexible Printed Wiring Board, Membrane Stitch, HDD Actuator, Interface Cable, Thermal Solution Upgrade, Optical Communication Components, etc.)　

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy in Thailand
• Promote of planning and implementation of various personnel systems
• Make a fair adjustment among bases of various personnel systems
• Participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities
• Overseeing day to day running of the HR & GA tasks.
• Coordinate with government agencies related.
• Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities
• Workplace Area: Rojana Industrial Park (Ayutthaya)
• Working Hour: 8:30 - 17:30 (Monday – Friday with some Saturday *1 – 2 times/month)

• Thai Nationality, Male/Female , age 35-45 years
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or higher in Human Resource, Business
• Administration, Psychology, Law or any related fields
• At least 10 years working experience in Human Resources and General Affairs
• HR labor management experience in the manufacturing industry
• HR policy experience such as remuneration strategy
• Experience in dealing with labor problems such as labor disputes
• Have an attorney qualification
• Conversational level Japanese
• Experience in Japanese manufacturing company
• English: Conversational – Business level
• Japanese: Conversational level (Preferable)
