Job Purpose

and Impact The Business Development Supervisor will oversee and provide direction to a team to ensure sales and revenue increase for moderately complex new and existing market segments and channels. In this role, you will develop a strategic plan, supervise the team on the business expansion strategies and make a contribution to the companys annual business development plans to reach objectives and revenue.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee the team that collaborates with account managers to evaluate moderately complex business requirements and market needs.

• Provide direction to the team on new market segments and opportunities for future business development and growth, return and investment calculations.

• Monitor and interpret moderately complex market development activities to align with company business goals.

• Provide input and guide the team on prioritization of market segment development activities and set revenue targets.

• Develop strategic business plan and share valuable insights to the respective stakeholders.

• Other duties as assigned Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports.

• You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.
