Key Responsibilities

• Analyze reservoir, well, and production performance to optimize hydrocarbon recovery and maximize asset value.
• Develop production forecasts, depletion strategies, and reservoir management plans.
• Conduct petroleum engineering studies to support field development and production enhancement initiatives.
• Evaluate drilling, workover, well intervention, and production optimization opportunities.
• Monitor well and field performance and recommend actions to improve production efficiency.
• Perform reserves and resources evaluation and support reserves reporting activities.
• Support the preparation and review of Field Development Plans (FDP) and asset development strategies.
• Conduct technical and economic evaluations of development and production scenarios.
• Work closely with geoscience, drilling, operations, commercial, and other relevant teams to support asset development and investment decisions.
• Participate in technical reviews, risk assessments, and field performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Petroleum Engineering within the upstream oil and gas industry.
• Strong experience in Reservoir Engineering, Production Engineering, Field Development Planning, and Reserves Evaluation.
• Experience with offshore oil and gas assets is preferred.
• Good knowledge of petroleum reserves and resources evaluation and reporting practices.
• Experience using relevant petroleum engineering, reservoir simulation, and production optimization software is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
