Job Overview:

This position is responsible for supporting the Accounting and Finance Systems Development team to enhance efficiency and automate work processes. The successful candidate will work closely with accounting and finance teams to analyze needs, design solutions (including workflows), and participate in the successful implementation of systems.

Job Responsibilities:

1. System Analysis and Workflow Design:

• Participate in data gap analysis to identify shortcomings in the current system and gather business requirements from users.

• Design and document comprehensive process workflows and functional system specifications to ensure clear understanding of business logic.

• Assist in providing advice on accounting treatments and policies related to new systems.

2. System Implementation Support:

• Contribute to financial information system projects, such as SAP, Odoo, or related application implementation and Finance Transformation initiatives.

• Assist in system testing to ensure the system functions correctly as designed.

• Provide post-Go-Live support to end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

3. Data Analysis, Reporting, and Presentation:

• Connect to, extract, and manage data from Data Lakehouse using tools like SQL and Python.

• Develop and design insightful dashboards using Power BI to support management decision-making.

• Create high-impact presentation materials that effectively summarize complex data and project progress for management review.

• Present findings and system solutions to stakeholders and management, ensuring clarity and engagement.

4. Driving the Use of AI:

• Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools to automate routine financial processes.

• Leverage AI-driven analytics to generate predictive insights and support strategic decision-making.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field.

• Approximately 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with an understanding of various accounting and finance systems.

• Certified in Business Analytics, Data and Analytics with Power BI, and Artificial Intelligence: Machine Learning.

• Proficient in designing professional and visually appealing presentations (Microsoft PowerPoint) to communicate strategies and results.

• Skilled in creating process maps, flowcharts, and workflow diagrams to visualize system processes.

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical and financial information confidently to various audiences

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, SAP, or Odoo. Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
• Capable of working creatively in a stressful environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English
