Marketing Officer (Retail Business)
ที่โซนี่ ไทย จำกัด- Daily Sales Performances Report of all Sony Store (by categories)
- Weekly Meeting Report with Showroom Heads on Sales Plans & Target
- Monthly Report on Actual Sales Performances VS Targeted including any concerns, and inventory level & turnover of each product category. In order to monitor Sony Store Sales
- Performance effectively and to keep management updated and take necessary
- Assist all Sony Store in displaying products & solutions in order to response to customer and lift up shop standard and point of purchase (POP)
- Provide Showroom staff on products and sales information in order to response to customer effectively & correctly
- Maintain and update the VOC (Voice of Customer) information, survey, concerns in the Customer Database in order for management and marketing team to understand of customers requirement & expectation
- Male or Female, age 26-30 years old, Thai nationality.
- Bachelor Degree in commerce with 3 years working experience in marketing/marketing communication areas, preferable in IT or Electronics Business
- Good in planning, negotiation skills, service-mind and strong interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
- Be able to analyze market data and sales trend
- Be able to coordinate with all showroom staff, relevant office staff & managers
- Interested in IT and AV Products and Customer & Competitor Behavior.
- Good command of English and computer literacy
