• Coordinate service jobs across Australia, ensuring efficient planning, scheduling, and completion.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, providing timely updates and maintaining positive relationships.
• Schedule technicians and coordinate travel, accommodation, spare parts, equipment, and freight requirements.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, service records, and customer information.
• Monitor job progress, resolve scheduling issues, and proactively manage service delivery risks.
• Support technicians with job instructions, documentation, and logistical arrangements.
• Manage end-to-end job administration, including job creation, closure, and invoicing.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer coordination, service coordination, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems would be an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
