• ศึกษาและค้นหาโอกาสการลงทุนในสินทรัพย์ประเภท Hotel และ Warehouse ให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ของบริษัท.
• วิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการ (Feasibility Study) รวมถึงจัดทำแบบจำลองทางการเงิน (Financial Model).
• ประสานงานและดำเนินการตรวจสอบสถานะทรัพย์สิน (Due Diligence) ครอบคลุมด้านกฎหมาย การเงิน และเทคนิค.
• สนับสนุนการจัดโครงสร้างธุรกรรม และเข้าร่วมกระบวนการเจรจาต่อรองเงื่อนไขการลงทุน.
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและที่ปรึกษาภายนอก เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นจนถึงขั้นตอนปิดดีล.
• จัดทำรายงานและเอกสารประกอบการพิจารณาการลงทุน (Investment Paper / Memo) เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
• ปริญญาตรีหรือโท ด้านการเงิน อสังหาริมทรัพย์ เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Asset Acquisition / Investment / Real Estate อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป.
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Hotel หรือ Warehouse / Logistics จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีความรู้ด้านการวิเคราะห์การลงทุน เช่น IRR, NPV และสามารถจัดทำ Financial Model ได้.
• มีประสบการณ์ในการทำ Due Diligence และกระบวนการลงทุน.

• What You Bring
• Experience & Background Bachelor s degree (or higher) in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, inventory, or supply chain management.
• Strong exposure to manufacturing environments.

• MRP and inventory optimization.
• Warehouse operations & layout design.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, able to follow SOPs and work well with teams.
