• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns across Email, App Push Notifications, LINE OA, and other CRM channels.
• Assist in preparing campaign content, including message copy, basic briefs, and coordination with design teams.
• Help manage customer segmentation and targeting to ensure relevant and timely communications.
• Monitor and consolidate campaign performance reports (open rate, click-through rate, conversion metrics).
• Conduct basic customer behavior and campaign performance analysis to support optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Product, Tech) to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Support CRM operational tasks and other marketing-related assignments as required.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
• Strong interest in CRM, digital marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
• Basic understanding of CRM channels (Email, Push Notification, Messaging Platforms) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good command of English (both written and verbal); Thai proficiency is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
