• ร่วมจัดทำแผลและแนวทางในการสร้างมาตรฐานการให้บริการและสนับสนุนด้านทดสอบระบบ.
• วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการ และวางแผนในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการอย่างต่อเนื่อง.
