• Prepare technical data and food safety documents according to customers' requisition, manage regulatory compliance checks, as well as ensuring the products conform with quality standards and customers' specifications.
• Cooperate with concerning section to check, review and update the technical and food safety data before start production and submit to customer in order to ensure that all products will safe and comply with the regulation or customer specification.
• Collect and update raw material information for Regulatory Compliance as well as upd ...
• Maintain contact with FDA Thailand and other regulatory bodies on raw materials importation registration, manufacturing and food additives registration, customs clearance according to the assignment from Regulatory Manager.
• Others as assigned by Regulatory Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field.
• 1 - 3 years of the experience in regulatory & food safety, QA/QC or related filed.
• Good command of spoken and written in English with the computer literacy.
• Good knowledge in regulatory & food safety that concerned in company product, including Thai, EU, Japan, Codex.
• Good competency in management and evaluate the information of regulatory & food safety of the product.
• Good knowledge in the quality system such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, BRC, ISO 22000, etc.
• Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time.
