• Facilitates process of working with Feature owner and team to re-balance and re-prioritize work within a sprint.
• Facilitate effective communication within the program team and with external stakeholders. Ensure that stakeholders are informed about program progress and key milestones (incl. change management support).
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analysis to provide insights into program performance, progress, and key metrics.
• Manage progress by facilitating agile events (incl. coordinate sprint planning, daily standups, and review/retrospective sessions) and helping team members overcome roadblocks.
• Manage program documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and other relevant documentation.
• Contribute to the identification, tracking, and resolution of program risks and issues. Work with Program Leads to develop mitigation strategies.
• Help track metrics (inputs, outputs, and outcomes) for team; monitors these on ongoing basis.
• Skills / ExperienceThai native / Thai nationality only.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant fields i.e. Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Sciences or Information Technology.
• Experience leading a team of 5+ members.
• Previous experience in a PMO or project management role, preferably in large-scale programs.
• Experience in managing complex programs, handling a wide range of responsibilities, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of program and project management methodologies (experience in Agile ways of working is preferred).
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Familiarity with risk management, financial management, and governance principles.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
• Manage and administer project management tools and systems used within the PMO, working alongside scrum master to ensure that the tools/ trackers are up to date/ standard.
