• Craft quarterly business strategies to achieve category and platform OKRs.

• Minimum Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above.
• 2 years+ of experience in e-commerce platform, consulting firm or technology industry related.
• Fluent in English and Thai.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Good communication short sharp and concise.
• Familiar with SQL, dashboards, and Python for data analysis and reporting.
• Preferred Qualifications:Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects in different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization).
• Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, and versatile player with some exposure in ops and commercial.
• Business-oriented mindset with a proactive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Experience in e-commerce platforms or technology companies is a plus.
• Comfortable working across both technical and business teams to drive actionable insights.
