• 5-10 years of experience in Software Development, System Analysis, IT Project Management, or Application Delivery.
• At least 3 years in role of PM, IT PM or PMO.
• Demonstrated experience leading software development projects throughout the full SDLC.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, software design principles, RESTful APIs, databases, system integration, and software implementation.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams consisting of Developers, System Analysts, QA Engineers, Infrastructure teams, and vendors.
• Experience supporting end-to-end IT projects, preferably within Banking, Financial Services, or Credit Card environments.
• Strong experience in project documentation, requirement gathering, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Thai with good communication skills in English.
