• Maintain existing customer and expand business to prospect customer
• Manage the operation of Welfare Plan effectively and efficiently
• Develop the marketing plan and implement to expand the Welfare business to the new customers to satisfy the customers' need
• Give an advice to team in PR plan and CRM activities to raise brand engagement among target group customers
• Develop and set the benefits or reward program for the customers
• Work closely with IT to manage the shopping online Web application for Welfare Plan
• Develop the claim report of the customers including the performance reports under the time line
• Other task assigned by Superior

• Working Hour: 08:30 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)

• Thai nationality, Male preferable, age 35 years above
• Over 5 years' experience in handling Welfare Management program in corporate or insurance company
• Good command in English
• Strong presentation and negotiation skill
• Sales skill and leading skill
