• Daily operation in terms of shipment delivery to customer
• Calculate customer demand and control stock inventory level
• Issue PO to suppliers and follow up incoming shipments
• Response to customer purchase order
• Coordinate with forwarding agent and ensure smooth and timely delivery
• Issue necessary document for sales function including invoice, delivery order, etc.
• Support sales team for inventory and delivery issue
• Calculate price and create quotation
• Other tasks as assigned

• Thai Nationality, Female only, ages 25-35 years old
• Bachelor degree in related field.
• years experiences as sales coordinator in Logistics/Trading company
• Have knowledge in Import and Export process
• Experience in Japanese company
• Experience in plastic materials industry
• English: Advanced Conversational level
• Workplace Area: BTS Asok
• Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
