• Ensuring production objectives are met within quality and cost standards.
• Working to set staffing resources as well as volumes required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quality and quantity.
• Coordinating production schedules and helping to improve factory throughput while working with Supply Chain to shorten or meet customer delivery dates.
• Controlling the quality, manufacturing, and cost of the facility.
• Overseeing the maintenance and security of equipment.
• Reviewing and approving actions regarding pay, people, and costs in line with corporate policy.
• Representing the organization in the community and promoting the goodwill and interests of the organization throughout the community.
• Performing various individual assignments; establishing and maintaining effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation and the community.
• Maintaining the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
• Workplace Area: Bangphli, Samutprakarn
• Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon - Sat) * work on Saturday 2 times/ month

• Thai nationality, Male/Female, age between 25-40 years old
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3-4 year work experience in Manufacturing field
• Good interpersonal skill to manage all members in factory
• Person who are Energy and have high motivation
• Working experience as Purchase/Procurement in Factory is preferable
• Good command of Japanese is preferable
