As an IT Development Manager, you are leading a group developers to assure that their work is done efficiently and with the best use tools that can be deployed to achieve platform goals. You are familiar with current web development technologies and have strong ability to learn new ones. You manage testing and QA and work closely with product manager to ensure we are always working towards what's most important for our users and customers. Your role is to support your team and help them to grow toward their company and personal development goals. This is a managerial position but you get things done more via influence than authority. (We work on Vue.js, Laravel, MySQL, Goggle Cloud Platform, Apache, Nginx & more)

• Lead a growing development team (8-9 persons).
• Organize processes between team members for best software development.
• Have a strong impact on technologies and tools employed and on improving current technology stack.
• Coach and develop team leads as well as team members.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Stakeholders.
• Organize team structure to achieve development priorities.
• Support team leads in solving problems and issues within the team.
• Supervise Quality Assurance.
• Act as an intermediary for software bugs, complaints and problems.

• Min 5 years experience in software development.
• Minimum 2 years experience in coaching/leadership or managerial role in IT department.
• Excellent full-stack IT background
• Past developer (coding) experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Independent, pragmatic and pro-active work attitude
• Experience working on large scale websites is a plus
• Knowledge of recruitment/job industry is a plus
