RISE TO THE CHALLENGE Philip Morris (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a talented person to join our Human Resources team as HR Services Specialist C&B. Required to work under the guidance of the Team Leader HR Services C&B & IA, this person will provide expert advice and ground support for employees and managers on payroll, benefits, processes and related activities including the preparation of key HR documents and filing of local personnel documents.

  • Accountable for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing and statutory payment in accordance to the local regulations
  • Report employee information to authorities as necessary (social security, taxes, etc.)
  • Prepare and store employment document and letters for employees /i.e. promotion, demotion, lateral move, documents for termination purpose, certificates, etc. Ensure statutory reports and documents are accurately prepared and submitted in time to the appropriate Government agencies
  • Provide support to line managers and HR Business Partner in employee relations issues. Cooperate with HR services center and/or managers on projects. Liaise with various third parties related to the processes under responsibility
  • Manage local benefits programs and ensure the programs are effectively administered end to end, either internally or by outsourced partners e.g. Insurance
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects related to HR processes (payroll, rewards, benefits, employee relations activities, insurance, etc.)
  • Provide support for overall headcount-related costs and assumptions for the Original Budget and Revised Forecasts
  • Minimum - a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in payroll management; consumer industry is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and productively, with good attention to details
  • Good command of English (written & spoken)
  • Good Computer literacy (MS Office)
