• จัดทำแผนงานสื่อสาร ร่วมรณรงค์ เผยแพร่องค์ความรู้ด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ หลักเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน กับเครือข่าย.
• จัดทำแผนงาน/กิจกรรมในความรับผิดชอบ ใช้ทรัพยากร-เวลา ควบคุมงบประมาณ จัดการความเสี่ยง และรายงานต่อผู้บริหาร.
• ดำเนินงานโครงการอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.

• ร่วมจัดทำแผนสื่อสาร เผยแพร่งานด้านความยั่งยืนองค์กร เผยแพร่องค์ความรู้ด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ การบริหาร ก๊าซเรือนกระจก ศึกษาแนวคิด โครงการ นวัตกรรม มาตรฐานด้านความยั่งยืน เพื่อพัฒนางาน พัฒนาองค์กร.
• ประเมินผลลัพธ์โครงการฯ เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย ความพึงพอใจ สร้างความสัมพันธ์และภาพลักษณ์ที่ดี.
• ปริญญาตรีด้านสังคมศาสตร์ รัฐศาสตร์ บริหารและพัฒนาความยั่งยืน ธุรกิจเพื่อสังคม เทคโนโลยีนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคม บริหารธุรกิจ.
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี มีประสบการณ์วางแผนและบริหารโครงการเพื่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมถึงบริหารเครือข่ายพันธมิตร.
• TOEIC Score: 600.

• รับผิดชอบดูแลความเรียบร้อยภายในอาคาร ควบคุมการใช้สถานที่ในการจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ และจัดระเบียบการจอดรถกรณีมีกิจกรรมพิเศษ รวมถึงจัดทำทะเบียนทรัพย์สินของอาคาร.
• ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ดับเพลิง.
• ประสานงานกับลูกค้า ผู้เช่า และช่างประจำอาคาร.
• ควบคุมทะเบียนกุญแจสำนักงาน กุญแจเฟอร์นิเจอร์ และการเบิกจ่าย.
• บันทึก Incident Report เมื่อเกิดเหตุผิดปกติภายในหรือบริเวณโดยรอบอาคาร.
• ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดการปฏิบัติตามสัญญาว่าจ้าง และสรุปผลการปฏิบัติงานรายเดือนของ รปภ.
• ตรวจสอบเอกสารนำของเข้า-ออกอาคาร เอกสารจอดรถค้างคืน และทะเบียนกุญแจในพื้นที่ต่าง ๆ.
• ตรวจสอบเอกสารค่าจอดรถประจำวัน บันทึกการขอดูกล้อง CCTV และวางแผนจุดจอดรถ VVIP.
• ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานของแม่บ้าน รปภ.
• ปริญญาตรี ด้านบริหารจัดการ/ การโรงแรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์งทำงานด้านบริหารอาคารไม่น้อยกว่า 4 ปี หรือตามความเหมาะสม.
• มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office Word / PowerPoint / Excel..
