• ตรวจสอบคำสั่งผลิต (Job Order) เพื่อจัดเตรียมม้วนฟิล์มสำเร็จรูปที่ผ่านการพิมพ์แล้ว และม้วนฟิล์มชั้นใน (เช่น LLDPE, CPP) ให้ตรงตามโครงสร้างและหน้ากว้างที่กำหนด.
• ตรวจสอบและตั้งค่าระบบจ่ายและควบคุมความตึงม้วนฟิล์ม (Unwind Tension Control) ทั้งฝั่งวัสดุหลัก (Primary Substrate) และวัสดุรอง (Secondary Substrate) เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาฟิล์มยืดหรือย่นเนื่องจากระบบ Solvent-Free ไวต่อแรงตึงผิวสูงมาก.
• ตรวจสอบการเปิดใช้งานและประสิทธิภาพของระบบ Corona Treatment เพื่อปรับผิวฟิล์มให้พร้อมรับการเคลือบกาว.
• เปิดระบบทำความร้อนและควบคุมอุณหภูมิของเครื่องผสมกาวอัตโนมัติ (Mixer & Dosing Unit) เพื่ออุ่นเนื้อกาว 2 ส่วนประกอบ (2-Component Polyurethane) ให้อยู่ในอุณหภูมิที่กำหนด (ประมาณ 40 C - 45 C) เพื่อรักษาความหนืดให้คงที่.
• ควบคุมการทำงานของชุดลูกกลิ้งเคลือบแบบหลายลูก (Multi-roller Coating System) ปรับระยะห่างระหว่างลูกกลิ้ง (Gap Adjustment) เพื่อควบคุมน้ำหนักกาวแห้ง (Coating Weight) ให้บางและสม่ำเสมอตลอดหน้ากว้าง (มาตรฐานประมาณ 1.0 - 2.0 g/m²).
• ปรับและควบคุมอุณหภูมิของลูกกลิ้งเหล็กเคลือบโครเมียม รวมถึงลูกกลิ้งยางกดประกบ เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดความร้อนสะสมสูงเกินไปจนเนื้อฟิล์มเสียหาย.
• ควบคุมแรงกดของลูกกลิ้งหนีบประกบ (Nip Pressure) ให้สม่ำเสมอ เพื่อให้ฟิล์มผสานกันสนิท ป้องกันการเกิดฟองอากาศ (Bubbles) หรือการแยกชั้นหลังบ่ม.
• ปรับความเร็วของเครื่องจักรให้สัมพันธ์กับอัตราการจ่ายกาวและการเซ็ตตัวเบื้องต้นของกาว.
• สุ่มตรวจวัดน้ำหนักกาว (Coating Weight Check) ระหว่างการผลิตอย่างสม่ำเสมอด้วยวิธีชั่งน้ำหนักเปรียบเทียบ (Weight-by-strip method) เพื่อให้อยู่ในค่ามาตรฐานที่กำหนด.
• ตรวจสอบความสมบูรณ์ทางสายตา (Visual Inspection) เช่น รอยฟองอากาศ รอยเส้นแถบกาว หรือการเลื่อนเยื้องของขอบฟิล์ม.
• บันทึกข้อมูลปัจจัยวิกฤต (อุณหภูมิกาว, อัตราส่วนผสมกาว, ความตึงฟิล์ม, ความเร็วเครื่อง, น้ำหนักกาว) ลงในรายงานการผลิต (Production Report).
• เคลื่อนย้ายม้วนฟิล์มคอมโพสิต (Composite Roll) เข้าสู่ ห้องบ่ม (Curing Room) ทันที เพื่อให้กาวทำปฏิกิริยาเคมีสมบูรณ์ (Cross-linking) ป้องกันสารตกค้างกลุ่ม Primary Aromatic Amines (PAA).
• ล้างทำความสะอาดลูกกลิ้ง ชุดทางเดินกาว และระบบผสมกาวทันทีหลังเสร็จสิ้นการผลิตในแต่ละเที่ยววิ่ง (Run) เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้กาว 2 ส่วนประกอบแข็งตัวติดเครื่องจักรจนเกิดความเสียหาย.
• ตรวจสอบสภาพลูกกลิ้งยางและชิ้นส่วนสิ้นเปลืองหน้าเครื่องให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานเสมอ.
• วุฒิการศึกษา: ม.6, ปวช. หรือ ปวส. ขึ้นไป ในสาขาช่างกล, ช่างไฟฟ้า, ช่างเทคนิคการผลิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• ประสบการณ์: มีประสบการณ์ควบคุมเครื่องประกบฟิล์มแบบ Solvent-Free / Solventless Lamination ในโรงงานผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์ชนิดอ่อน (Flexible Packaging) อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี.
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจระบบควบคุมความตึงฟิล์ม (Tension Control) ของฟิล์มพลาสติกแต่ละชนิดเป็นอย่างดี.
