• Hospital Fax Claims.
• Provide supports to team in handling the fax claims from the hospital.
• Check the information from fax claims documents, and record into the system.
• Approve for the payment base on authorization with accuracy.
• Verify claim activities with authority.
• Perform rejection of fax claims received.
• Require the additional information.
• Issue memo into the system for administration in performing next steps.
• Submit for further investigation.
• Request the hospital records from hospital.
• Continuously monitor and make decision for the pending cases of Claims Hospital Fax, or back log.
• Must HaveBachelor's degree in Nursing Sciences, Science of Medical Technology, orany related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in Nursing practice or Claims Management.
• Knowledge of claims management and insurance policies.
• Experience in document management and filing systems.
• Nice to HaveFamiliar with using claims/CRM systems is advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage.

• Instalimb, a Japan-founded med-tech company, is looking for a qualified professional to lead their digital prosthetic fabrication project in Thailand. This role focuses on implementing modern 3D printing and AI technology to provide affordable, high-quality care to patients.
• Core Responsibilities.
• Training & Mentorship: Deliver training on digital workflows, including 3D scanning, CAD design, and 3D printing to local partner facilities..
• Clinical Oversight: Supervise patient evaluations, fitting, and gait analysis at partner sites to ensure high-quality standards..
• Project Coordination: Align with international organizations, Thai ministries, and hospitals to manage multi-site schedules..
• R&D & Localization: Propose adjustments to device designs based on local Thai patient needs, climate, and activity levels..
• Technical Support: Operate 3D printers, manage software (Instalimb ONE), and troubleshoot technical issues..
