Practical Nurse DDC & GI Lab Services
atMedpark Hospital- ดูแลและช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยนอกด้านโรคทางเดินอาหารและตับ ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ
- เตรียมผู้ป่วยก่อนการตรวจ การทดสอบ และหัตถการต่าง ๆ
- วัดสัญญาณชีพ ชั่งน้ำหนัก วัดส่วนสูง และบันทึกข้อมูลผู้ป่วยในระบบให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- เตรียม ตรวจสอบ และดูแลอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ให้พร้อมใช้งาน
- ให้คำแนะนำเบื้องต้นแก่ผู้ป่วยและครอบครัวเกี่ยวกับการเก็บสิ่งส่งตรวจ
- ช่วยเหลือในการปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้นและแจ้งพยาบาลวิชาชีพเมื่อพบความผิดปกติของผู้ป่วย
- ดูแลสต็อกยา เวชภัณฑ์ และความพร้อมของพื้นที่บริการ
- ประสานงานการนัดหมาย การเคลื่อนย้ายผู้ป่วย และสื่อสารกับผู้ป่วย แพทย์ และทีมสหวิชาชีพ
- ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย การป้องกันการติดเชื้อ และร่วมกิจกรรมพัฒนาคุณภาพหน่วยงาน
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
