• ควบคุมงานให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย แนวทางการดำเนินงาน ตารางการซ่อมและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร วางแผน,ควบคุมการใช้เครื่องจักร กำลังคนและอะไหล่ ประจำปี และการปรับปรุงกระบวนการภายในแผนก ติดตามการดำเนินงานและตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่องและถูกต้องตามหลักวิชาการ.
• ประสานงานหน่วยงานภายใน (แผนกประกันคุณภาพ แผนกผลิต แผนกวางแผนการผลิต แผนกจัดซื้อ แผนกต้นกำลัง แผนกอะไหล่) เพื่อให้สามารถดำเนินการผลิตสินค้าได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ประสานหน่วยงานภายนอก เพื่อรับการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ เพื่อประกอบแนวทางการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการทำงานของเครื่องจักรภายในแผนก.

• Ensure Supplier Quality & Compliance - Ensure supplier provided materials and products meet HPE quality standards, KPI goals, and regulatory/safety requirements for global distribution. • Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Develop and implement supplier quality improvement plans, identifying non-conformances and driving corrective actions to resolution.
