• Talk to agents, landlords, customers and operations teams weekly - collect ground truth, don t assume.
• Analyze funnel, listing and CRM data (Metabase/SQL, Google Sheets) to size opportunities and define success metrics.
• Use AI agents to accelerate research, competitor monitoring, prototyping and validation before anything gets built.
• Specification.
• Clearly articulate what we shall build, why and what the expected success criteria are.
• Then leverage AI to write produce specifications, including concise PRDs (problem, users, success metrics, scope, out-of-scope), design flows and wireframes, and sequenced, agent-executable tasks.

• Assign, steer and review coding agents in AI-native product management tools to implement features, write tests and fix bugs.
• Work with a software engineer who reviews code for safety, simplicity and interdependencies before release.
• Own release, rollout, and adoption success together with Operations, Sales and Marketing.

• Track KPIs after launch, run experiments, kill what doesn t work, double down on what does.
• Post-launch review and decision log for every meaningful ship.
• Highly analytical and strong with numbers - comfortable in working with large data sets (e.g. spreadsheets with several thousand lines of data).
• Deep working understanding of AI: LLMs, agents, prompting and context engineering, limits and failure risks of AI agents.
• Hands-on proof of building with AI: live apps, GitHub repos or shipped features built with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Replit). Links are required in the application..
• Understanding of how software works - APIs, data models, system dependencies - enough to spec well and judge agent output.
• Excellent English (written and spoken), strong ownership mindset, fast, structured, detail-oriente.
• Thai language skills are a big plus.

• 3+ years working in digital product development (as Product Owner, Product Manager, software engineer, designer, or similar roles).
• Track record of shipped products with measured KPI impact.

• 0-2 years of full-time experience; strong academics from a top university in a quantitative field (Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics).
• Relevant exposure through internships in product, tech, start-ups or consulting, university projects, side hustles or hackathons.
• Demonstrated AI-built projects (apps, tools, automations) - small is fine, as long as they work, you can show them, and you can explain your decisions.
