- In this role, you will be educating key influencers in construction projects on the advantages and value of Hilti products, with a view of securing specifiable products in the construction phase.
- You will be visiting job sites to provide solutions, and identify opportunities - giving technical advice, solutions, and support, and adding value through the use of Hilti products.
- WHAT YOU LL BRING.
- A Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering; a Master s degree is a plus.
- Sales oriented, with experience working in technical engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the construction field (core business or M&E).
- Effective communication skills, with a strong proficiency in English - written and verbal.
- Good presentation skills and the ability to efficiently convey VP through a techno-commercial approach.
- Collaboration and Team Spirit: work closely with the sales team to convert leads and opportunities together.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, priorities and manage time effectively.
- A solution-oriented mind-set, determined to consistently meet and exceeds goals.
- Work is performed in jobsite conditions, which may include working at high elevations.
- Up to 20% upcountry travel, required.

- Platform Operations: Manage and operate our Kubernetes platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
