• Leading and managing the company's investor relations program and developing investor communication strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors.
• Communicate regularly with analysts, shareholders, and other stakeholders to provide updates on the company's performance.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and other materials for investor meetings and conferences.
• Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial disclosures to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute investor communication strategies.

• Manage the investor relations function and be the contact point for Company's stakeholders.
• Assist in Company's fund raising activities and liaise with financial advisors, regulators and investors.
• Organize and conduct meetings with investors (conferences, roadshows, capital market days).
• Prepare monthly and quarterly shareholders update and ad-hoc analysis upon request.
• Respond to investor queries and ensuring that all investor queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
