We seek a seasoned professional with a strong background in investor relations strategy. This role involves building relationships with investors, keeping them updated, ensuring transparency, shaping communication, analyzing the market, and coordinating investor events.

What you'll Do:

Leading and managing the company's investor relations program and developing investor communication strategies.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors.

Communicate regularly with analysts, shareholders, and other stakeholders to provide updates on the company's performance.

Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and other materials for investor meetings and conferences.

Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial disclosures to comply with regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute investor communication strategies.

Contribute to the development of key messages and talking points for investor meetings and presentations.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Provide insights and analysis to leadership on market perceptions of the company.

Organize and coordinate investor events, such as earnings calls, roadshows, and conferences.

Plan and execute annual shareholder meetings.

What you'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

At least 10 years experience in investor relations in a public company or sell side analyst of listed shares.

An in-depth understanding of the financial and investment markets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Ability to multi-task and must be well organized; attention to detail; high level of accuracy.

Ability to respond sensitively and appropriately to confidential issues and information.

Proficiency in both English and Thai.
