• As a Program Manager, you will work directly with our portfolio of project management consultants, general contractors, electrical/mechanical trades organizations, key integrators and manufacturers, quality and commissioning agents to ensure the successful implementation of the construction quality program, and reduce costs of poor quality in our construction projects.
• The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.
• ResponsibilitiesSource quality and commissioning agents and onboard project stakeholders. Engage in pre-qualification evaluations of potential vendors or contractors.
• Set/communicate quality standards/expectations.
• Monitor and oversee the implementation of all construction quality and commissioning processes by our project management consultants, general contractors, electrical/mechanical trades, quality, and commissioning agents.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the Construction Quality Program. Working and collaborating on regional or global initiatives to improve the Construction Quality Program.
• Report the quality and commissioning status for the full life cycle of the construction project. Identify risks to a project and developing mitigation strategies with the project team.

• Coordinate between the Head Office and the Site Office.
• Control and store documents according to the company s standards and maintain the orderliness of the construction office, including the installation of signs, blueprints, and other equipment in compliance with standards.
• Prepare payment documents, work progress invoices (Payment), and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for contractors.
• Manage water, electricity, and internet bills for the project.
• Draft internal memorandums within the project between the project consultants (Consult) and contractors (Suppliers).
• Prepare and issue Purchase Requisition (PR) documents and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO) from the project's procurement department.
• Implement the system for organizing data files for the department.
• Prepare tracking reports for the project and other related documents.
