• Provides project leadership and develops processes/procedures for Quality Systems.
• Oversee the supplier quality management process, including supplier qualification, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain supplier quality standards and specifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards including ISO, ITNS, ASME, ESG etc.

• Qualification Requirements: Bachelor s degree in engineering i.e., Civil or Mechanical or IndustrialScience or related field.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Frequent contacts with overseas suppliers and customers.
• Computer skill (Microsoft office program), Auto CAD/Solid work will bean advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ensure Safe operations for QC Operators and contribute to eliminate unsafe conditions in area of responsibility.
• Deploy 5S Standard.
• Management Act as a key ambassador to develop Quality awareness throughout DM organization following standards defined at Dextra Group level.
• Lead local QC team to deliver outstanding quality products and services to DM customers.
• Monitor and report company quality KPI (complaints, non-conformities, rejected raw materials, rejected finished goods).
• Manage his team to achieve company objectives in terms of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Organize for each team member specific tasks and responsibilities as per company and department objectives.
• Set up individual KPIs and clear objectives according to Dextra Performance Management System (Conduct Mid year appraisals and year-end performance reviews).
• Develop continuous improvement plan to reduce non-quality cost.
• Ensure team members are qualified to perform all planned quality control activities.
• Propose and follow-up development action plans when needed.
• Plan QC department annual budget and manage it.

• Propose/review/adjust QC Work Instructions, procedures and Production Quality Manual.

• Nuclear Safety Ensure that nuclear safety is considered in decision making and actions, and that it always takes precedence over any other consideration.
• Use a balanced, rigorous, and prudent approach to decision making with respect to quality, cost, and schedule such that nuclear safety is never compromised.
• Ensure that involved personnel understand not only their own responsibilities and the consequences of mistakes, but also those of their immediate colleagues and how these responsibilities complement each other.
• Ensure that key operational and technical positions are filled by competent and knowledgeable persons, and that they are empowered to speak openly.
• Take prompt conservative and preventive actions when an incident that could affect nuclear safety is reported, even if not yet fully understood or documented.
• Communicate transparently to your direct reporting any issue which might compromise nuclear safety.
• Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor s degree in engineering i.e. Civil or Mechanical, Industrial or Material Science, or related field.
• 10 years experience in designing and leading Quality Control system & tools.
• Experience in manufacturing environment, continuous process and assembly.
• Fluent (written and spoken) and capable of exchanging with international customer representatives.
• MS Powerpoint and ERP systems.
• AutoCAD.
• Strong motivation and level of energy, change management and result driven, service minded, well organized, teamwork and good interpersonal skills.

• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the company s GMP system.
• Own and drive the quality system, including deviation management, change control, and risk management, ensuring timely and effective closure.
• Lead and monitor Quality KPIs at both local and global levels to ensure targets are met.
• Prepare and lead internal quality audits for the Bangplee factory in accordance with relevant SOPs, ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO 13485, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive standards deployment and quality system initiatives, ensuring site compliance with regulatory requirements and timely follow up of actions arising from external audits.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams at the Bangplee factory to ensure all product and process non conformities are properly raised and managed through the deviation reporting system.
• Ensure all required changes are raised through the change control system in line with Bangplee SOPs, with defined actions completed and post approval obtained prior to implementation.
• Lead and coordinate investigations into complaints and deviations, ensuring effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are identified and implemented to prevent recurrence.
• Track and ensure closure of all actions arising from quality deviations and GMP corrective actions.
• Educate, train, and monitor Quality Assurance inspectors and relevant staff to ensure understanding and compliance with established quality procedures and standards.
• Be responsible for Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR), Management Reviews, and Post Market Surveillance (PMS).
• Ensure compliance with global quality standards, GMP, and applicable regulatory requirements and procedures.
• Ensure incoming quality training and annual quality training programs meet established requirements.
• Manage and oversee pest control activities at the site.

• 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing site and/or technical center, preferably within a multinational pharmaceutical or FMCG environment.
• Strong working knowledge of QMS, GMP, GDP, PIC/S, ISO 13485, and other applicable standards.
• Demonstrated track record of strong delivery and execution.
• Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead, develop, and influence teams at all levels.
• Flexible thinker with pragmatic problem solving skills.
• Proven experience managing multifunctional and/or multinational projects.
• In depth knowledge of quality responsibilities, systems, and standards.
