• Manage and drive Sales team performance to achieve sales KPIs with the identified gap closing.
• Work with/coach Distributor's salesman to improve the capability.
• Accomplish business objectives; develop routing with increasing new calls. Coach Distributor salesman to implement and deliver outstanding results.
• Drive in-field execution as per company guidelines and oversee market activities ensuring DRC s compliance is on track.
• Lead gate meetings to monitor sales performance and cascade clear communication and adherence to pricing and promotions and motivate the entire team to deliver excellent results in assigned routes.

• Qualifications:Bachelor s Degree required.
