- Bachelor's or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 5 years' experience in Marketing Agent, Motor or Non Motor in insurance business will be advantage

- Able to lead team to archive goal
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to driving Car and have car license
