• Inspect damaged vehicles at garages, accident sites, or customer premises.
• Assess the extent of damage and estimate repair costs.
• Verify the validity of claims and check for possible fraud.
• Liaise with repairers, policyholders, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed survey and assessment reports.
• Advise claims handlers and underwriters on claim settlements.
• Negotiate with garages and customers regarding repair methods and costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each claim.
• Provide technical guidance to claims teams as required.
• Diploma or Bachelor s degree with related experience in insurance or surveyor.
• Prior experience in motor claims assessment, vehicle repair, or insurance is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of motor vehicle construction, repair methods, and insurance processes.
• Analytical and investigative skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.

• Provide initial advice to customers regarding immediate accident situations.
• Receive accident notifications via telephone and coordinate inspections by dispatching accident surveyors for customers.
• Coordinate with accident survey staff to dispatch them for accident inspection.
• Male or female, age 20 years and above.
• Education: High school diploma (Mathayom 6), vocational certificate (ปวช), or bachelor s degree.
• No experience required, but experience will be considered as an advantage.
• Ability to communicate in English will be considered as an advantage.
• Able to use computers and Microsoft Office programs at a good level.
