DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and drive strategic initiatives that support the overall business goals of the shopping mall (Siamparagon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery).

• Analyze business performance, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor insights to identify new opportunities and risks.
• Translate complex data into clear and actionable strategies through high-quality presentations and reports.
• Collaborate closely with senior executives across multiple functions including Marketing, Leasing, Operations, and Finance to align strategic direction and operational plans.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects and ensure successful project management from initiation through execution.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior stakeholders and executives, both in Thai and English.
• Monitor and track KPIs to ensure initiatives are progressing as planned and propose adjustments when needed.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc strategic projects as assigned by leadership.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or strategic planning, preferably within the retail or property development industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both English and Thai.
• Experience in coordinating with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for business growth.
