Project Manager

- Project management for redevelopment of existing properties and new project opportunities.
- Being the integrator and the contact point for consolidated project information.
- Design and Construction coordination, review, scheduling, progress control and quality assurance.
- Overview of construction budget.
- Consultant and Supplier search and contract management.
- Liaison with internal and external parties, as well as key executive members.
- Planning and organizing key executive meetings for project updates.
- Representative of the company for new business opportunities from the design point of view.
Qualifications
- Proven work history as an efficient project manager for more than 5 years.
- Experiences in project management of retail, hospitality and mixed-use projects preferred.
- Past integrated coordination amongst architecture, interior design, initial structure, MEP, lighting, acoustic, AV, IT, kitchen, security, graphics and signage, landscape, façade and vertical transportation.
- Proficient communication in both Thai and English with ability to deal with international consultants.
- Experienced people management skills
